Spagetti carbonara in 30 seconds - without cream!
Some time ago we had a discussion about how to make spagetti carbonara, and if cream is an obligatory ingredient. It is well known that everything will taste good if you add cream. Can you make a decent carbonara without it?
After some online research Nina came up with this recipe from The Guardian. No doubt Felicity Cloake has done her job and left nothing up to chance. We decided to give it a try, and here is our version of The Perfect Carbonara:
